A History of Success

Enfront's founder is Bill Corbin, a Harvard MBA and serial entrepreneur for over 30 years. Enfront as a free-standing corporation follows a pattern begun in the 1980s.

1975: Unified Neighbors, Inc. launched as a consumer information service that included a monthly magazine.

1977: Printing equipment is acquired to produce the magazine; Company learns to execute printing projects for "UN" members.

1983: Computer and mailing equipment is acquired to manage subscription lists and distribute magazines.

1984: Company uses emerging computer technology to develop the consumer-rating information system that evolved into the Angie's List program.

1985: UN Printing and Mailing is established in a separate location, operating under its own name..

1988: UN Communications, Inc. is spun out to allow staff focus on both businesses. Original consumer magazine is sold, eventually morphing into national consumer powerhouse Angie's List.

1995: UN adds direct mail support to a business formerly focused on publication printing and subscription fulfillment, begins gradual transformation into a marketing services company.

2005: UN adds in-house IT to support development of marketing oriented web applications, initially XpressMessages.com.

2007: Full-potential of an integrated marketing system becomes clear. UN's IT effort begins development of the elements that are now Enfront.

2009: Enfront, Inc. is spun out to allow staff focus on high-tech web-based software development including the multi-channel Enfront Marketing System.
