Detail Checklist (many are handled by your Solutions Partner):

[] Login / Activate System by Selecting Setup / Select Features  /  Add Users if applicable.

[] Upload logo and user photo(s)

[] Enter User Information (phones, email, etc.)

       Login / Account Information / Edit Information

[] Setup Salutation and Sign-off content.

[] Pre-populate Message content, cards and/or Email (ongoing).

[] Define consistently used card or Email templates (ongoing).

 

If DataManager:

[] Solutions Partner activates and links to Messages

[] Work with Solutions Partner to define settings

 

For Quick Start Graphic Design

[] Complete form below that provides setup information, including photos, graphics, etc. to your designated designer.

[] Consider regular expansion of your content library.
