  - Corner Graphic: 4.9375 x 3.0625 [bleeds top, left]

  - Fill Image Side: 8.75 x 5.75 [bleeds four sides]

  - Logo: 3.25 x 1.25

  - Photo: 1.125 x 1.75, add caption to graphic if desired

Salutation: 50 characters, mail merge functionality. Format is critical, examples:

   Dear [first name], or Dear [prefix] [last name],

Message Block: 300 characters; supports mail merge field up to 50 characters, but no auto-protection, so leave room! Best as a single text block without line returns (for complicated reasons related to character count). Font is “fixed” as part of a system that allows single-card orders.

Sign-Off: Single line, 50 characters, e.g.:

    Very best wishes, Carey Sampleton

A “fixed template” system to support one-card orders. You customize each template element.

 

Corner Graphic: often the “grabber,” Salutation and Message Block support mail merge. Logo: one archived for Account. Full Image Side is a single graphic delivering information or persuasion and marketing urgency. User Info is 7 lines for phones, website, etc.  Photo Block: to support personalization by sending User; other graphics can be subbed.

Archiving : All elements, including Salutation, Sign-Off, and Message Block can be archived. Can also pre-populate Corporate Templates for one-click preparation of repetitively used card.
