Text Box: Print Quality Expectations The Enfront process utilizes 300 dpi jpegs as a core content ingredient. The reason relates to supporting minimum order quantity of one for products that have up to 10 variable fields. The trade-off is print quality that can be noticeably less precise than commercial quality available via art preparation through, for example, InDesign. We use digital printing equipment that delivers pleasing color, and the Enfront system should not be used if perfect color match is a requirement. In practice, dating back to 2005, the products are viewed as acceptable at a minimum and are normally considered excellent, in large part because of UV coating; and because Enfront’s primary purpose is timely communication of important information vs. delivery of print-perfection.
