Text Box: Lining Up Necessary Assistance
For most companies, the greatest hurdle to Client Path Marketing installation is NOT knowledge. The great enemy is inertia: all the same forces that have impeded marketing in the past get in the way of installing a new system, however promising. We have seen months go by with embarrassed apologies but no meaningful action. There must be a person who takes ownership of the implementation process: arms, legs, and energy. Otherwise it won’t happen, well.
If your company has strong in-house resources in the areas below, you can likely implement most of the process, although Client Path Marketing study and buy-in is important especially if your staff has its own marketing theories, which they do of course.
Categories of potential help include:
- Initial analysis of your Client Path needs, strengths and weaknesses; followed by project identification and prioritization.
- Content creation and installation, perhaps word-crafting, perhaps graphic design or other creative talent.
- Data management design and disciplined implemention.
- Program implementation including infrastructure build.
You may find all necessary help in a single consultant, Text Box: CPM is Not a Single Vendor Concept!
As you would expect, Enfront, the company that developed Client Path Marketing offers a variety of action tools.
But full execution of the concept will assuredly involve other vendors for various reasons. For example, you may have a well developed CRM for data management. You will not likely replace that system with Enfront’s Data-Manager.
You may decide that restaurant gift cards are an ideal loyalty reward for key Customers or that TV ads are right for reaching Strangers. You will source your own gift cards and TV buys.
So you might need one kind of help to implement a solid CPM program; but you may well seek help from other sources in implementation.
